Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Our use of Formspree is governed by their Data Processing Agreement, which you can access via their website. Data submitted through our forms is stored on Formspree's servers in accordance with their retention policy.

Enquiries that do not result in a client relationship are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. This allows us to follow up on outstanding quotes or respond to returning enquiries.

If you become a client, we retain relevant contact and project information for up to 6 years from the end of the client relationship in accordance with HMRC requirements for business records.
